TERMS & CONDITIONS – DELOFE

Clients are required to review the Terms and Conditions in full prior to placing an order or accept services from Delofe. When an order is placed or engaging with our services, the client is, by all means, agreeing to all the conditions. Delofe has the complete right to discontinue any or all services in the case of a violation of this Agreement. The Company is entitled to alter, modify, or append conditions as the situation may demand, and any such changes will be duly notified to the client.

General Provisions

Communication & Support

  • Business communication shall occur primarily through our Business Coordination Team.
  • Technical experts shall be available strictly through prior appointment, scheduled between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday).
  • Technical personnel shall not be contacted directly without authorization.

Permitted Communication

  • Queries relating to payment, cost, receipts, billing, dispatch details, and project requirements must be directed exclusively to the Business Coordinator.
  • Technical matters such as corrections, updates, clarifications, and modification requests must be submitted via email only.
  • Instructions or requests communicated through phone or WhatsApp shall not be considered valid for project processing.

Work Process & Documentation

  • Work commences only upon receipt of the completed Client Form following registration.
  • Delofe does not provide or engage in the sale of ready-made papers.
  • Document charges are calculated strictly based on the word count (300 words = 1 page).

Payment Obligations

  • Full and final payment must be completed within 2 days from the issuance of the “Work Completion” email.
  • Delays in payment may result in delays in work delivery.
  • Delofe reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment or breach of any clause in this Agreement.

Client Feedback

Clients may submit feedback or comments by replying to our official emails. All feedback helps us improve our service quality.

Refund, Revision, Privacy & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Delofe are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund shall be provided under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of requirement, delay caused by client, or cancellation attempts.

Revision Policy

Revision requests must be made within the following timeframes from the date of final delivery:

61–90 days 50% of the project cost
Beyond 90 days Treated as new project, full charges apply

All revisions must comply with the original scope of the project. Additional work or newly added tasks shall be billed separately.

Privacy Policy

  • Delofe is committed to protecting client confidentiality.
  • Personal data, research material, documents, and project-related information shall not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
  • All information is stored securely and handled as per internal data protection standards.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are not permitted.
  • Once payment is made or work has commenced, no cancellation request shall be entertained.

Client Benefits

  • All research files and project materials shall be retained securely for up to 6 months after project completion.
  • Clients may request backup files within this retention period.
  • Demo explanations may be recorded for internal quality and training purposes.
  • Referral benefits: Clients referring other scholars may receive applicable payment reductions, without limitation on the number of referrals.
  • Emails are monitored at regular intervals to ensure prompt response.
  • Installment payment options are available as per the project category:

Installment Structure

  • Single Payment: Minor projects
  • Two Installments: Research papers, implementation tasks, and journal works
  • Three Installments: SCI, Elsevier, IEEE, Springer, and other major publications
  • Five Installments: Thesis and synopsis projects

Service Limitations

  • Delofe provides academic support, writing assistance, and research guidance.
  • We do not guarantee journal acceptance, conference acceptance, or university-level approvals, as these depend solely on external evaluators and review committees.
  • Variations in plagiarism percentage may occur based on client-provided content or reference materials.
  • Delofe shall not be held liable for delays caused due to:
    • Late payments
    • Delayed client responses
    • Incomplete instructions
    • Changes in project scope
    • External review committee timelines
    • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

Limitation ofLiability

Under no circumstance shall Delofe, its employees, affiliates, or partners be liable for:

  1. Loss of data beyond the 6-month storage period
  2. Indirect, incidental, consequential damages
  3. Academic penalties, rejections, or failures
  4. Delay caused by third-party systems or review bodies
  5. Client misuse, miscommunication, or failure to follow guidelines

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the respective service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, registering, making a payment, or availing any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
You are legally authorized to enter into this Agreement.
You agree to comply with all conditions listed herein.
